The Oppo Reno 8 series smartphones are set to launch in China on May 23. The smartphone marker is expected to launch the Oppo Reno8, the Oppo Reno8 SE, and the Oppo Reno8 Pro. Ahead of the launch, in the past couple of weeks, the phone’s specifications were leaked and the OPPO Reno8 Pro 5G smartphone was spotted on NBTC and the phone also cleared multiple certifications.
With just a few days left to the launch, MySmartPrice has received a Hi-Res image of the upcoming Oppo Reno8 series device. Tipster Ishan Agarwal has shared an image with us, which showcases the Reno8 series smartphone in four colour options and the image also gives us a look at the phone’s design on the back and the side.
Oppo Reno8 Series Render
The upcoming Oppo Reno8 series device launching on May 18 in China as seen from the image above will come in four colour options 一 Black, Blue, Green, and Gold (marketing names of these colours might be different). On the back, the device showcases quad-camera setup 一 two large sensors and two tiny sensors located under one camera lens. Along with that, we can also see the phone’s flashlight on the back. While the image belongs to the Reno8 series, we are unaware of which exact model is the one shown in the above image.
The camera module on the back will have a slight elevation and the sides of the model cleanly blend into the back of the device. The phone will feature flat sides and it will come with curved edges on all four sides. The volume rockers on the device will be located on the left side. The render also reveals the “MariSilicon” moniker on the camera nodule, which means like the Oppo Find X5 series, the Reno8 might also feature the same for enhanced camera performance in low light.
Oppo Reno8 Series: Expected Specifications
Going by the previous leaks and rumours, the vanilla Reno8 is likely to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, which is yet to be announced. The Reno8 SE could come with Dimensity 1300 and the Reno8 Pro could feature the Dimensity 8100 SoC. The phones are expected to feature a high refresh rate as well. The phones could feature a 50MP main lens, 32MP selfie camera and 80W fast charging support.
